STAT/ Same-Day Service

Collection Fee: $70

STAT appointments can only be scheduled for same-day appointments of the following services: Routine lab work or specialty kit collection.

Mobile Therapeutic Phlebotomy

Collection fee: $150

Please choose this appointment type if you are needing therapeutic phlebotomy prescribed by your doctor. This is also known as bloodletting, blood removal, therapeutic blood donation and removing a pint of blood.

Speciality Kit Collection

Collection Fee: $65

We provide specimen collection for most specialty kits including but not limited to Igenex, Genova, Realtime Lab, Vibrant America, Access Medical Labs, Radiance Diagnostics and more.

Collection fee includes specimen collection, all the required processing for the specimens and delivery to shipping partner (Fed-Ex or UPS for most kits).

Specimen Pick-Up Service

Collection Fee: $30

A specimen pick-up can be scheduled if  you are NOT requiring a mobile lab draw (blood work) but you need to have your specimen(s) (ie: urinalysis, stool, sputum, saliva, etc) delivered to the lab of your choice.

This service is only available within a 20-mile radius of Queen Creek, AZ. Patient collects their own sample.
