Since then, Kelle's trajectory has been marked by a series of progressive roles within laboratory settings, spanning hospitals, patient service centers, doctors' offices, mobile labs, nursing facilities, and correctional facilities.


Throughout her career, Kelle has demonstrated versatility and leadership, evolving into roles such as site coordinator and lead phlebotomist.
