    • Do you take insurance for your mobile lab collection service?

      For our mobile phlebotomist to come to you to perform a lab collection, it is a self pay rate that is not billed to insurance. 


      Our convenience fee covers the cost of our mobile phlebotomist to go to your desired location with all the necessary supplies, perform the lab collection, process the specimen to lab specifications and deliver to the lab of your choice.


      We do take a copy of your insurance information so that the lab will bill your insurance for the testing costs, just like they would if you went to a lab in person. Plus, we make sure to take the lab sample to the lab facility that is in-network with your insurance plan. This way, you can maximize the coverage for the testing costs.

    • What is the fee for the mobile lab collection?

      Our standard rates cover a radius of 20 miles from Queen Creek 85142 (covers most cities in the East Valley)


      Routine Lab Work or Speciality Kit Appointment (Next Day or Later): $65


      Same Day (STAT) appointment: $70 


      SneakPeek Clinical Early Gender DNA Test: $149


      Mobile Therapeutic Phlebotomy: Fee starts at $150 within our standard service radius. 


      Beyond 20 miles from 85142: $0.60 per mile extra. We are able to travel to any city in the East or West Valley outside of our radius at this extra rate.


      Specimen Pick-Up Service within 20 miles from 85142: $30 - This service is for when you have samples that you have already collected such as urine, stool or swabs that need to be taken to the lab. We’ll take care of it for you, so you don’t have to worry about going to the lab to drop them off.


      Our accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA card payments for our mobile convenience fee. 


    • How do I get my lab results?

      You will receive your lab results the same way you would if you visited the lab in person for blood work. It’s just as reliable and convenient. 

      Some patients have access to a patient portal through Labcorp, Sonora Quest, or from their doctor’s office. We do not receive your results but if you have any issues getting those results back to your doctor, we are here to help in any way we can.

    • What if I don’t have a lab order?

      You can still book your appointment even if you don’t have it handy at the moment. 


      However, we do need to have it before your appointment date to make sure we are bringing all the necessary supplies to perform the mobile lab collection.  We can't perform any lab collections without a valid, signed lab order from a licensed medical professional.


      We offer many ways to send that order to us. If technology is giving you issues uploading it online, don’t worry - we can help. Just give us a call and we’ll solve the issue for you without making it a hassle. 

    • How do you decide whether to take my labs to labcorp or sonora quest?

      We take your samples to the lab that is in network with your insurance so that you can get the maximum coverage for the testing costs. If you don't know which lab to use, we will help you figure out whether labcorp or sonora  quest is in network with your insurance.

    • I have a specialty kit that does not go to labcorp or sonora quest for testing. Do you collect for those kinds of tests?

      Absolutely!

      We are able to collect for a variety of specialty kits. Once the specimens are collected and processed to laboratory specifications, we deliver to the shipping partner specified by the testing lab (either UPS or Fed-Ex in most cases)

    • I need to get a therapeutic phlebotomy done. Do you offer those and what do I need to schedule?

      Yes!

      We offer therapeutic phlebotomy in the comfort of your home or office. We require a lab order indicating the amount that needs to be drawn and how often you need to get it done. You are able to schedule online here or by scheduling over the phone with us. 

      Our fee for this service starts at $150 and is a self pay rate.

    • Is the convenience fee worth it? What am I getting?

      Great question! 


      Here’s the deal: With us, you get a complete, personalized experience from start to finish. We handle everything – from coming to your home or office, and bringing all the necessary supplies. We take care of the processing requirements for the lab samples so that we know it is done correctly, then we take the samples to the testing laboratory that is in network with your insurance. 


      Plus, if any issues arise, we're right there to provide support. It's a seamless process designed to save you time and hassle.
